Overview

Purchase tokens in packages to generate transcripts and reports. Token packages range from 100 to 10,000 tokens, with volume discounts available for larger packages.

Larger packages include discounts, making bulk purchases more cost-effective.

Multiple currencies

Pay in USD, RUB, or KZT depending on your location and payment method.

Tokens never expire. Use them anytime, at your own pace.

How to purchase tokens

Open purchase modal

Click the token balance in the navigation bar, or click Buy Tokens when you don’t have enough tokens for an operation.

Select token package

Choose the package size that fits your needs. Larger packages offer better value with volume discounts.
The modal shows how many reports you can generate with each package (approximately 1 report per 100 tokens).

Choose currency (if available)

Select your preferred currency from the dropdown. Available currencies depend on your location:
  • USD: Available worldwide via Stripe
  • RUB: Available for Russian users via YooKassa
  • KZT: Available for Kazakh users via Tiptop
The system automatically detects your location and suggests the appropriate currency, but you can change it if needed.

Proceed to payment

Click Proceed to Payment to complete your purchase. You’ll be redirected to the payment provider (Stripe, YooKassa, or Tiptop) to complete the transaction.

Complete purchase

After successful payment, your token balance updates automatically. You can start using your tokens immediately.
Your balance refreshes automatically after purchase. If it doesn’t update, refresh the page or click the balance in the navigation bar.

The number of reports is approximate. Actual usage depends on interview length and the number of report types you generate.

Larger token packages offer better value with volume discounts. If you plan to use Aseed regularly, consider purchasing larger packages to save on costs.
Keep an eye on your token balance in the navigation bar. Purchase tokens before you run out to avoid interruptions in your workflow.
Earn free tokens through referrals to supplement your purchased tokens. Share your referral link to get 200 tokens for each friend who signs up.
Before generating transcripts or reports, check the estimated token cost. This helps you plan your purchases and avoid unexpected token shortages.
